This year's programs are exceptional and will cover topics that examine what is happening in the marketplace, address the forms changes and cover Agency and Fair Housing. Real Estate Issues 1

This course will examine the recent changes to the 2009 forms and also look at forms that are frequently used in real estate transactions. We will review Federal Fair Housing rules and regulations in addition to exploring Minnesota License rules and Agency Law and agency relationships in a real estate transaction.

Real Estate Business Issues

Marketplace dynamics have changed over the past 10-20 years. Agents need to have knowledge and an understanding of the current demographic issues and other worldly cultures present today in American society. We will discuss economic and fiance issues in conjunction with demographic and consumer issues and how it will play out in the industry.

$20 for 1/2 day
