Orientation Modules

When you become a Member at NMRA you are required to complete an Orientation Module within 90 days from the date you joined. This includes completing the online New Member Code of Ethics, attending New Member Orientation, and taking two elective classes.

The following detailed list will help you fully complete NMRA's Orientation Module.

1. Take the Online New Member Code of Ethics (2.5 Credits of continuing eduction)

  • Go to www.realtor.org (online new member ethics training)
  • Click on register at the top of the page
  • Enter your NRDS number for the user I.D. and the last four number of your SSN
  • Choose a log in I.D. and password
  • Log in
  • Click on Code of Ethics
  • Click on New Member Code of Ethics

2. You must attend New Member Orientation at NMRA:

3. You must take two classes either at NMRA, online at www.mnrealtor.com or at your office with your broker (please fax or email your completion forms to Renee if taken online or at your office). If you have completed a GRI course, E-Pro course or have a Real Estate Related Business Degree your two electives have already been completed.

If these requirements are not met within 90 days you will be charged a $125 reinstatement fee.
