Point Of Sale Program   
Inspections are required: To comply with the city’s Housing Maintenance Code, an inspection is required prior to any change in ownership of single and two-family homes. A Certificate of Housing Maintenance Compliance will be issued upon satisfactory completion of any orders written at the inspection. This certificate is required at the closing on the sale of the property.

Sign Ordinances
An on-premises sign announcing the name of the owner, manager, Realtor or other person directly involved in the sale or rental of the property or announcing the purpose for which it is being offered. Signs must be removed within 14 days after sale or rental of the property. Signs may not be illuminated and may not measure more than 4 square feet. Only one sign per premise is permitted. Corner properties may contain one sign for each street frontage.

Directional signs: a sign may be placed at or near primary vehicular entrances to an establishment provided that the sign 1) is placed so as not to impair the vision of motorists on either a public street or entering or exiting therefrom, 2) is set back as least 1 foot off the property line, 3) does not exceed 6 square feet in area nor 6 feet in height, and 4) does not contain any advertising copy other than the name of the establishment, its logo, or both, and the relevant directional information.
