Sign Ordinances
Residential homes: 1 sign per building. Maximum size of 6 square feet. Must be removed with 5 days for sale. Must be more than 10 feet from Right-of-Way. Open House signs are allowed only on the day of the event. Multi-family signs can have a maximum area of 50 square feet.

Septic System Regulations
Any buildings used for human habitation that lie inside the city, located on property adjacent to a sewer main or in a block through which the system extends, shall be connected to the municipal sanitary sewer system within one year from the time a connection is made available.
