Sign Ordinances
One freestanding ground Sign is permitted for each Street frontage on the Lot with a maximum of two (2) Signs. All freestanding Signs must be set back 15 feet from the Land line.

Septic System Regulations
Each owner of property containing an individual sewage treatment system shall cause said system to be pumped/cleaned at intervals not to exceed every two years or upon receipt of an inspection report indicating an immediate need for pumping/cleaning. After pumping/cleaning, the septic tank pumper shall check the condition of the tank, including the inlet and outlet baffles. The septic tank pumper shall report, upon forms supplied by the City, on each system serviced and provide all the applicable details requested, including information about any deficiencies or needed maintenance. These forms shall become part of the permanent City records.
