A Truth in Housing Inspection is required prior to the sale of all homes in Osseo. The purpose of this program is to protect and maintain the high quality housing stock that we have in Osseo by ensuring that all potential life threatening situations are remedied prior to a sale and that both the buyer and seller are aware of any such conditions.
