Sign Ordinances
Real estate signs, provided the combined sign surface area of such is not greater than 6 square feet are permitted. Real estate signs must be removed within 7 days after the closing date. Directional signs are allowed having a surface area not greater than 5 square feet.

No sign may be placed in the public right-of-way or easement, nor attached to utility poles or fences. No sign, or attachment to it, may be erected, placed or maintained by any person on rocks, fences, or trees, nor in such a manner as to interfere with any electric lights, power, telephone or telegraph wires, or the supports thereof. No sign may by reason of its location, color or intensity, create a hazard to the safe and efficient movement of vehicles or pedestrian traffic.
