Members have made a wise decision by joining the North Metro REALTORS® Association. For just $1.13 per day, you are entitled to a broad range of services offered by the North Metro REALTORS® Association, the Minnesota Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Only members of the Association may use the trademarked term “REALTOR®.”

• Size & Strength– You belong to the world’s largest trade association. The National Association of REALTORS® is 1.2 million members strong.

Members may select the education option in their dues billing and pay just $55 for 15 hours of continuing education or pay $10 per credit hour at the time you attend a class.

• Government Affairs- The North Metro REALTORS® Association is committed to the strength of the real estate industry and the protection of private property rights. The Government Affairs Department represents your business interests at all levels of government by monitoring legislative action and building and maintaining relationships with elected officials and their staff. NMRA supports candidates who stand up for your rights and promote your industry’s policies and positions. Public Policy positions are formed by the Government Affairs Committee, which is open for participation by any interested Association member.
