Dues Policies

These policies and the monetary amounts listed below are subject to change at the discretion of the Board of Directors. Members will be notified of any changes by the weekly member email and/or newsletter, or other communication mailed to the members as deemed necessary by the leadership.

ANNUAL DUES BILLINGS: The annual dues billing is mailed the middle of September. Membership fees are due and payable, October 1st. Members with outstanding dues on November 1st will pay a late fee. All members who have outstanding annual dues on December 1st will have their membership automatically terminated until such time as the dues are brought current. Members who are terminated for non-payment of their annual dues shall pay the late fee, the reinstatement fee, determined, and the annual dues before membership services will be reinstated. The amounts are established annually by the Board of Directors.

CERTIFICATION OF MEMBERS: Section 12, Article VI of the NMRA Bylaws state; Designated REALTOR® members of the association shall certify to the association quarterly or as requested by the Board of Directors, on a form provided by the association, a complete listing of all individuals licensed with the REALTORS® firm(s) within the jurisdiction of the association.

NEW MEMBERS: Designated REALTOR® members shall notify the association of any additional individual(s) licensed with the firm(s) within thirty (30) days of the date of affiliation.

RETURNED CHECKS/NSF/ACCOUNT CLOSED: Any member that has a check returned to the association and which has been declined for payment shall be assessed a $30 penalty. Payment then must be made in cash, money order or certified check.

VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTIONS: Contributions to MN-RPAC or any other charitable contribution are strictly voluntary. No member shall be required to make a contribution as a condition of membership in the association. Contributions to MN-RPAC must be made on a personal check or personal credit card. Only Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Corporate checks and credit cards will not be accepted.
